*E-invoice Portal Update:*

A *new functionality* has been deployed on E-Invoicing portal for those *taxpayers who are exempted from generating e-invoices*. The functionality allows such taxpayers to submit an *online declaration* that they are exempted from preparing e-invoice under GST Law.

The filing of declaration is *optional* and will not affect the e-invoice enablement status.
