Payment of Fee of Rs.500 if linked up to 30/06/22, else Fee payable is Rs.1000.

Link Aadhaar service is now available on e-Filing Portal.

*1-GST is not required to be deposited forcefully or by coercion or under any pressure during any search / inspection/ Investigation proceedings under GST Law*

2- However Taxpayer can pay any GST amount voluntary.

3- No GST can be recovered without being payable in pursuance of an order passed by adjudicating authority or otherwise becoming payable under the provision of CGST Act.

4- If any complaint received regarding the above coercion / force / wrong doing by the GST officers, The enquiry and disciplinary action to be taken by the Principal Chief commissioner / Chief commissioner against the defaulting officer.
