Compliance burden reduced for GST Taxpayers.

1.Taxpayers having AATO upto Rs.2 crore not required to file Annual Return (Form GSTR-9/9A) for FY 2020-21.

2.Taxpayers with AATO upto Rs. 5 crore not required to file the reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9C for FY 20-21 onwards.

3.Taxpayers with AATO above Rs. 5 crore can now self-certify the reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9C.
