🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Local manpower sourcing & deployment
Attendance & shift management
Coordination with clients & office team
Ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations
Reporting & documentation
🔹 Requirements:
Experience in manpower/staffing field preferred
Strong local network in Hoshiarpur area
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
💰 Salary:
₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview & experience)
