Junapeethadhishwar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Pujya Swami Avadheshanand Giri Maharaj’s one day Lucknow stay was very overwhelmed and proud for us. His visit to our Home Residence and Samadhan Head Office became a divine opportunity of inspiration for not only my family, but the 450+ member team of the Samadhan Family. His online address to the Head Office as Chief Patron strengthened new energy, dedication and nation-building resolution across the team.
During the migration, Respected Acharyashree ji recorded his dignified presence at the Shashthi-Purthi ceremony organized by the family of Hon’ble Shri Avneesh Awasthi ji and Padmashree Malini Awasthi. Many dignitaries including Yogi Adityanath ji, Anandiben Patel were present on this occasion. Respected Swami ji gave the message of preservation of Indian culture, folk tradition and spiritual values while blessing the family.
He appreciated the efforts of entrepreneurship enrichment and self-reliance in the resolution office and wished the organization’s continued progress. This whole day became an unforgettable combination of spiritual inspiration, cultural dignity and organizational energy. 🙏

Grateful to Uttar Pradesh Government today that samadhan as knowledge partner executed Capacity Building Full day Workshop of the CM Yuva Yojana and Ramp held at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow.
I consider it a privilege for me being a keynote speaker for strengthening CM Yuva initiative that empowers our youth through entrepreneurship and self-employment.
During the sessions, Shri Avanish Awasthi (Retd. IAS), Advisor to Hon’ble Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh, along with Shri Alok Kumar (IAS), Additional Chief Secretary, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Export Promotion & Industrial Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Shri K. Vijyendra Pandian (IAS), Commissioner & Director, Industries and Mission Director; Shri Raj Kamal Yadav (IAS), Managing Director, UPSIC; and Shri Sarveshwar Shukla, Joint Commissioner Industries & Nodal Officer, CM Yuva, shared their valuable guidance and insights.
The discussions around the CM Yuva Mobile App, UP Mart, and Entrepreneurship Development focused on improving digital access, smoother implementation, and stronger market linkages for young entrepreneurs. It was also encouraging to interact with Deputy Commissioners (Industry), CM Yuva Fellows, and RAMP District Managers from across the state during the interactive FAQ session, where many practical and constructive suggestions emerged.
I sincerely believe that with collective efforts, right guidance, and strong coordination, we can enable more youth to become job creators rather than job seekers.

The heart of Samadhan has always been its people — those who’ve stood by us, believed in our purpose, and grown with us through every chapter.
As we inaugurated our new office at Aliganj, Lucknow and continued celebrating 25 years of Samadhan, we took a moment to appreciate everyone who has been part of this journey.
We were proud to recognize team members who have been with us for 25 years, 10 years, and 5 years, and to acknowledge the teams and individuals whose everyday dedication and effort keep Samadhan moving forward.
