From dressing in the colours of India to kite competitions and some friendly competition, our teams came together to celebrate the day with energy, enthusiasm and plenty of fun.

A little competition and a lot of fun brought our teams together across locations for an online gaming session.

Colleagues from across our offices joined in, making it a lively break from the routine and a chance to connect beyond work.

Ashwath Pai, ASA and Shraddha bagadi, Baker Tilly ASA India, were invited as speakers at The Bangalore Baithak, organised by PayGlocal for The Borderless Collective.

They led a session on Tax and FEMA Compliance for Exporters, sharing practical perspectives on the regulatory and compliance considerations businesses should address as they expand into global markets.

The event brought together founders, exporters, and industry leaders to exchange insights on cross-border trade, payments, logistics, and international growth.

Baker Tilly ASA India partnered with the Finance Leadership Retreat 2026 in Goa, bringing together finance leaders, CXOs, and industry professionals for discussions on the trends shaping the future of finance and business leadership.

Our leaders, Vinay K S, Rachit Shukla, and Darpit Kanadia, were invited to share their expertise during the conference, with Darpit also joining the panel discussion on "How AI is Redefining Leadership, Capital Allocation, Risk and the Future of the CFO."
