Introducing Single Click Nil Filing of GSTR-1

Taxpayers can now file Nil GSTR-1 by simply tick marking 'File Nil GSTR-1' check-box available on GSTR-1 dashboard.

CBDT Reduces time limit for e- verification of ITR from 120 days to 30 days of filing the return.

However, for ITR Filed upto 31/07/22 time limit of 120 days would continue to apply.

ITR Filed from 01/08/22 new time limit of 30 days would be applicable.

As this notification is effective from 01/08/2022

Last date for filing of LLP Form 11 without paying additional fee has been extended upto 15th July, 2022.

Net Direct Tax collections for FY 2022-23 as on 16.06.22 at Rs. 3.39 lakh crore grow at over 45% over the collections of corresponding period in preceding year.
Advance Tax collections as on 16.06.22 at Rs. 1.01 lakh crore grow at over 33% over the same period in preceding year.

The GSTN department has allowed the taxpayers to file LUT for FY 2022-23 and this facility is available on the GST government portal.
