Required 2 Article Assistants

Candidates will get exposure in various fields such as Income tax , GST, Internal and Statutory Audit, ROC Demerger , Reconstruction ,Merger related work including private equity, and International taxation. Along with above candidate will also learn to prepare financial statement and projected financial statement.

Stipend will be paid 7-8 k per month. Transfer case will be considered.

Job description:
1. Preparation of financial statement of service as well as manufacturing company.
2. Preparation of GST Returns, Income Tax Returns,
3. Compilation of information for Income tax scrutiny
4. ROC related working
5.International taxation ( preparation of 15CA _CB)
6.TDS returns for salary, non salary and non resident cases

Stipend will be 8k per month.

Preferences will be given to candidates who had cleared both group and experience in CA firm.
