*Starting from September 1st, 2024, several important changes in the GST Act will affect your GST return filing process:*
*✅Reporting of High-Value Supplies* : As per Notification No. 12/2024, effective from September 2024, all supplies with a value exceeding ₹1 lakh must be reported in GSTR-1 under Table B2CL.
*✅Negative Liability Adjustment* : Taxpayers can now report negative liabilities in Table 3 of GSTR-3B, as per the same notification. These will automatically adjust in the following month's return, simplifying reconciliation.
*✅Bank Account Validation* : Requirement: From September 1st, 2024, if you haven't validated your bank account details in your GST registration, your GSTR-1/IFF will be blocked.
*✅GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C Availability* : The annual return form GSTR-9 and the reconciliation statement GSTR-9C will be activated on the GST portal, allowing for the necessary filing....
