On further consideration of genuine difficulties being faced by taxpayers due to the Covid-19 situation, CBDT further extends the due date for furnishing of belated & revised ITRs for Assessment Yr 2019-20 from 30th September, 2020 to 30th November, 2020.Order u/s 119(2a) issued.

FILE YOUR INCOME TAX RETURN FOR A.Y. 2019-20 BEFORE DUE DATE 30th September, 2020.

E VERIFY YOUR RETURN

The taxpayers who have not been able to e-verify their ITRs for the assessment years 2015-16 to 2019-20, can complete the process by 30.09.2020 under one time relaxation.

CBDT, u/s 119 of the I-T Act has directed that all the assessment orders shall hereafter be passed by National e-Assessment Centre through the 2019.

Any assessment order which is not in conformity shall be treated as non-est.
