30 June 2020 is the last date for:
1. Income tax return filing for FY 2018-19 (in case it is delayed/ not filed),
2. Issuance of Form 16 (TDS certificate) by employers to employees,
3. Making investments eligible for Section 80C deduction such as Tax saving fixed deposit, ELSS, PPF, NPS etc. (for reduction of Rs. 1,50,000 from taxable income),
4. Linking of Aadhar with PAN,
5. ‘Vivad se Vishwas Scheme’: last date has been extended to June 30th,
6. GST composition returns filing dates for March, April, May 2020,
7. Mandatory requirements for holding Board of Directors meetings extended by 60 days.
