Because of this outbreak of Corona virus(Covid-19) you all are requested to do following measures to keep you and your family protected.

1: Children of age 5 years or below should take tulsi juice with honey and a pinch of black pepper.

2: Children above 5 years to 15 years should take dry ginger powder+ turmeric + black pepper powder with honey with half cup warm water.

3: Individuals from 15 years to 45 years should take 1 table spoon of giloye powder +3 pinch of black pepper and dry ginger with honey.

4: Individual from 45 years and above should take tulsi juice 1 table spoon + black pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon+ 1/2 tea spoon dry ginger + 2 pinch nutmeg (Jaifal powder) with honey and warm water.

5: To disinfect your home , you can burn a mix of cow dung cakes(uple) +Mango wood+ Hawan samagri with cow ghee. Burn it to create a special smoke which helps in neutralizing harmful bacteria and virus at home naturally.

7: Lot of people are drinking milk which is not good , as it increases mucous production in lungs.

8: Do not sleep in day time.

9: Always eat light and do not eat any fruits after sunset.

10: Try to avoid going out till Monday as it is very crucial for all to isolate the virus.
