📌 Recommendations of the 52nd GST Council Meeting

In the GST Counil meetings the following changes are recommended:

👉 Amnesty Scheme for filing of appeals against demand orders in cases where the appeal could not be filed within the allowable time period

👉 Liability to pay GST on bus transportation services supplied through Electronic Commerce Operators (ECOs) has been placed on the ECO

👉 Recommended to issue circular w.r.t. personal / Corporate Gurantee, issues regarding place of supply

👉 Recommended various amendments in GST law to make it madatory to distribute ITC through ISD Route, Prescribes Conditions & Age criteria to appoint president and members in GST Appellate Tribunal

Now Taxpayers can transfer the amount in Cash Ledger from one GSTIN to another GSTIN registered on the same PAN through Form GST PMT-09.
