במשפט אחד, ד"ר אירית אידן הצליחה לזקק את אחד האתגרים המרכזיים של ארגונים ומנהיגים בעידן הנוכחי.

שמחנו לארח אתמול במשרדי הפירמה את פורום Ximus Next – קהילה ייחודית של מנהלים, יזמים ואנשי מקצוע הנמצאים בחזית השינוי בארגונים שלהם.

את המפגש פתחה דינה פסקא רז, שותפה וראש מערך הטכנולוגיה ב‑KPMG, שהציגה את המציאות העסקית החדשה – כזו שבה אי-ודאות וקצב שינוי חסר תקדים מייצרים מורכבות אך גם הזדמנויות יוצאות דופן.

בהמשך, ד"ר אירית אידן, יועצת ל‑KPMG ולשעבר סמנכ"ל מו"פ ברפאל, שיתפה בתובנות על ניווט בעידן של האצה טכנולוגית, והדגישה את החשיבות של חשיבה ממוקדת בעיה, אג'יליות ארגונית ובניית פתרונות גמישים בעולם שמשתנה ללא הרף.

Last week, we got another great reminder of what the U.S. - Israel corridor is all about - bringing together Israel’s innovation ecosystem with the opportunities, partners, investors, and business leaders that help companies grow in the U.S. market.

Our event brought together an incredible group from New York’s business and tech community for conversations around AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and innovation. And as always, the real magic happens when the right people are in the room together.

We were honored to hear from Jonathan Lavender, ‏Rishi Chugh‏‏, and Salvatore A. Melilli, alongside special remarks from ‏‏Mark Levine‏‏, NYC Comptroller.

KPMG Israel is proud to be acknowledged by IAI for its major contribution in supporting its journey to achieving CMMC Level 2 certification - the U.S. Department of Defense’s cybersecurity standard for organizations handling sensitive defense‑related information.

היום השתתפנו ב-Google Cloud Summit Tel Aviv 2026 - אירוע שהפגיש את קהילת הטכנולוגיה, החדשנות והענן בישראל ליום עמוס בתוכן, רעיונות וחיבורים.

לאורך היום שמחנו לארח בדוכן שלנו לקוחות, שותפים ואנשי מקצוע רבים, ולקיים שיחות מרתקות על האתגרים וההזדמנויות שמביאים איתם ה-AI, הענן והטרנספורמציה הדיגיטלית. היה מעורר השראה לראות כיצד ארגונים מכל המגזרים מחפשים דרכים חדשות לחדש, להתייעל ולהפיק ערך עסקי אמיתי מטכנולוגיות מתקדמות.

תודה לכל מי שעצר לבקר, לשוחח, לשאול שאלות ולשתף מניסיונו. המפגשים האלה הם שמזכירים לנו שחדשנות לא נוצרת רק על הבמה - אלא בעיקר דרך האנשים, הרעיונות והשותפויות שמניעים אותה קדימה.

במהלך הכנס דנו בסוגיות המרכזיות המעסיקות הנהלות, משקיעים ובעלי מניות לאחר השלמת העסקה: כיצד מנהלים תהליך אינטגרציה אפקטיבי, כיצד שומרים על ההון האנושי בתקופת שינוי, איך מתמודדים עם פערים תרבותיים וארגוניים, וכיצד מבטיחים שהסינרגיות והערך העסקי שהניעו את העסקה אכן מתממשים בפועל.

המשמעות ברורה:
הנחה של “לא ניפרץ” כבר לא רלוונטית. הנחה של “איך מתמודדים כשזה כבר קורה” – רלוונטית מתמיד.

כאשר מודלים מבוססי AI מסוגלים לזהות חולשות ולהפוך אותן למתקפות בפועל בקצב חסר תקדים, ארגונים צריכים לשנות תפיסה – מטכנולוגיה, דרך תהליכים ועד רמת ההנהלה והדירקטוריון.

חוסן סייבר כבר אינו רק שכבת הגנה –

גאים לקחת חלק בעיצוב עתיד האנרגיה של ישראל 🔋⚡

אתמול הושקה בבית הנשיא התוכנית האסטרטגית הלאומית לאנרגיות מתחדשות לשנת 2035 - צעד משמעותי בדרך למשק חשמל בר קיימא שיחזק את הביטחון האנרגטי של המדינה ויבטיח מענה לביקושים הגוברים בישראל.

שמחנו להיות שותפים לפרויקט עבור משרד האנרגיה והתשתיות. ביצענו במסגרת העבודה מחקר מקיף על ההזדמנויות והחסמים לפיתוח מתחדשות. מצאנו שיש בארץ פוטנציאל רב מאוד להקמת מתקני אנרגיה מתחדשת ושהקושי הוא במימוש ובהאצת קצב ההקמה של מתקנים חדשים.

התוכנית מביאה לקפיצת המדרגה הנדרשת בכך שהיא מתווה כיצד משק האנרגיה יגשים את יעד השר לשיעור אנרגיות מתחדשות מסך ייצור החשמל. לראשונה בארץ, התוכנית פורטת כמה הספק יש להקים מכל סוג מתקן אנרגיה מתחדשת בישראל: דו-שימוש, אגרו-וולטאי ומתקנים קרקעיים. כל זאת על בסיס עבודה מעמיקה בשיתוף כל השחקנים המרכזיים בממשלה ומחוצה לה. עוד פורסת התוכנית 6 מהלכי על, 21 כיווני פעולה ו-144 צעדים מפורטים שיביאו את ישראל אל היעד.

אנחנו גאים על תרומתנו וחלקנו בתהליך - ומודים לשותפינו במשרד האנרגיה על האמון והעבודה המשותפת בדרך לעתיד אנרגטי נקי, בטוח ויעיל יותר לישראל!
