A lot of my clients will know that I'm a Sheffield Wednesday supporter, and many have been kind enough to offer their deepest sympathies this season!

Last October, the club went into administration and as fans we rallied around to put money into the club to ensure the running costs could be met and staff would continue to be paid.

To this end, I was delighted to be able to sponsor Di'Shon Bernard for the season on behalf of Opal Financial Planning. Last night, we attended the kit sponsor's dinner and sat with 'Dish', who was a true gent and is thankfully making great progress recovering from a terrible injury last season.
