Took another visit to Food Angel Jockey Club Food Production Centre at Shatin on 20 Oct, BDO volunteer team assisted in preparing and sorting veggies for meal box to those in need under Food Angel’s Food Rescue and Food Assistance Programmes. We wish our continued efforts will bring care and warmth to more people in need in our community through meal boxes.

立信德豪義工團隊於10月20日再度前往沙田惜食堂賽馬會食品製作中心，透過惜食堂食物回收及援助計劃，合力協助處理及分類蔬菜，為有需要的人士預備膳食之用。我們希望持續努力透過飯餐為社區上更多有需要的人士送上關懷和溫暖。

On 8 October 2026, a delegation of professors and management representatives from Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, together with representatives from the Hong Kong Financial Services Institute, visited BDO Hong Kong for an exchange of insights on the development and practical experiences of the accounting profession in Shanghai and Hong Kong. The discussion covered a range of topics, including the global accounting network and operating model of BDO International, the convergence and differences between Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong accounting standards, competency frameworks and career development pathways for accounting professionals in both regions, as well as the impact of fintech on the evolution of accounting services.

BDO Hong Kong representatives, including Ben Yip, Director and Head of Specialist Advisory Services; Eric Pat, Director and Head of Deal Advisory; Amy Leung, Director and Head of Learning & Development; Patrick Kwong, Principal of the Technical Department; Pokit Lok and Mandy Lee, Principals of Specialist Advisory Services; and Kelly Ho, representative from the Human Resources Department, engaged in in-depth discussions with the delegation, sharing professional insights and exchanging views on the future development of the accounting profession.

The visit further strengthened professional exchange and collaboration between the accounting communities of Shanghai and Hong Kong. We look forward to fostering closer ties with Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, and to exploring future opportunities for collaboration in talent development, academic exchange, and the advancement of the profession.

上海立信會計金融學院骨幹教授及管理人員，以及香港金融管理學院領導一行二十餘人，於2026年10月8日到訪立信德豪進行交流，深入探討滬港兩地在會計專業領域的發展與實踐經驗。交流議題涵蓋全球會計網絡及BDO國際營運模式、香港與內地會計準則的差異與趨同、滬港會計人才能力標準及職業發展路徑，以及金融科技對會計服務發展的影響等。

This Mid-Autumn Festival, we organised a Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival in office, bringing colleagues together to enjoy festive decorations and a fun lantern riddle game. With mooncakes purchased from a social enterprise as prizes, we celebrated the season while supporting a meaningful cause.

The inaugural BDO Corporate Governance Forum 2026 was successfully held on 11 August 2026, bringing together board directors, business leaders, governance professionals and industry experts for a day of insightful discussions on the challenges and opportunities shaping today's corporate landscape.

The Forum commenced with welcome remarks from Andrew Lam, Managing Director of BDO Hong Kong, and we were honoured to welcome Professor KC Chan, Chairman of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies as our Guest of Honour.

Work hard, play hard! After a long day at work, what could be better than relaxing with a movie? A Summer Movie Night was organised yesterday for colleagues to enjoy. We were also happy to share the joyful with children and parents from charity, making the evening even more meaningful. Thanks to everyone for a good night together.
