14 ομάδες, 14 ιδέες, ένας στόχος: η βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη στην πόλη της Κοζάνης.

Μέσα από το πρόγραμμα EcoZani, το Impact Hub Athens φέρνει κοντά νέες επιχειρηματικές ιδέες με προσανατολισμό στη βιωσιμότητα, τη συμπερίληψη και την κυκλική οικονομία. Στόχος είναι να δοκιμαστεί μια ιδέα με το μικρότερο δυνατό κόστος και χρόνο, να συλλεχθεί πολύτιμο feedback από τους πρώτους χρήστες και να επιβεβαιωθεί αν το προϊόν λύνει ένα πραγματικό πρόβλημα προτού επενδυθούν περισσότεροι πόροι.

Αξιοποιώντας τις αξίες της Κοζανίτικης Αποκριάς και μέσα από 30 ώρες εργαστηρίων με 60 συμμετέχοντες, επωάστηκαν ιδέες που συμβάλλουν στην κυκλική οικονομία, μειώνουν τα απόβλητα και ενισχύουν τη βιωσιμότητα στην πράξη. Από τη μετατροπή παλιών ρούχων σε μοναδικές αποκριάτικες στολές μέχρι έξυπνους κάδους ανακύκλωσης και ρομποτάκια συλλογής σκουπιδιών, οι ομάδες δούλεψαν σκληρά για πρακτικές λύσεις που κάνουν τη διαφορά.

Την περασμένη εβδομάδα ο 2ος κύκλος υποστήριξης των ομάδων ολοκληρώθηκε, με μια σαφή ανασκόπηση του δημιουργικού ταξιδιού ως τώρα, μια συνεκτική παρουσίαση των καινοτόμων προτάσεων και με τη δημιουργία στρατηγικής υλοποίησης των επόμενων βημάτων.

The Wellbeing Project

How can we build bridges across stakeholders towards a bioregional regenerative future in rural Greece, while also caring for the ecosystems that sustain us all?

From 26-28 June, The Southern Lights - Το Νότιο Σέλας and Impact Hub Athens co-organised the Bootcamp in Greece. This three day event brought together eco projects, grassroots initiatives, local leaders and emerging changemakers who strive to understand how to lead multi-stakeholder collaborations, create locally rooted regenerative impact and co-create a thriving .

Supported by the Bioregional Weaving Labs Collective, the bootcamp was an invitation for weavers and people from all walks of life who are reactivating their region's muscle memory of community-led change to connect, learn, and grow together.

From writing EU grant proposals together to exchanging learning with bioregional communities across Europe, this newly established community is committed to build something that is bigger than any one project - a bioregional lens, a shared vision for their landscapes and communities.

Impact Hub Athens, in collaboration with The Wellbeing Project, brings Hearth Summit Aegean to Santorini this October.

Α 2.5-day immersive experience exploring wellbeing, landscape and ecological regeneration.

Through talks, workshops, field visits and shared meals, participants engage directly with place and explore new ways of understanding regeneration and connection.

Τα βουνά δεν είναι το “περιθώριο” της χώρας. Είναι το μέλλον της ανθεκτικότητάς της.

Με αφετηρία τη Δημητσάνα, η Σόφη Λάμπρου, Συνιδρύτρια του Impact Hub Athens, συμμετείχε στην πρώτη συνάντηση της νεοσύστατης Ειδικής Γραμματείας Ορεινών Περιοχών, μαζί με θεσμικούς εκπροσώπους και ανθρώπους που εργάζονται για την αναγέννηση της ελληνικής περιφέρειας.

Για εμάς, η ορεινότητα δεν είναι ένα νέο πεδίο ενδιαφέροντος. Είναι μέρος της δουλειάς μας εδώ και χρόνια, μέσα από δράσεις με κοινότητες, τοπικούς φορείς και ανθρώπους που κρατούν ζωντανές τις περιοχές της ελληνικής υπαίθρου.

Σε μια εποχή κλιματικής, κοινωνικής και οικονομικής αβεβαιότητας, οι ορεινές κοινότητες μας δείχνουν τι σημαίνει ανθεκτικότητα, αλληλεγγύη και ζωή σε σύνδεση με τη φύση.

Συνεχίζουμε να συμπορευόμαστε για μια περιφέρεια αξιοβίωτη, παραγωγική και αναγεννητική.
