We are hiring a Company Management Team Leader to join our growing team at TAG Consultancy

Location: Gibraltar

Position: Company Management Team Leader
Salary: Based on experience

The Role

You will be responsible for the day to day administration of a portfolio of companies, while supporting the firm in meeting its regulatory and compliance obligations.

You will work closely with senior colleagues across company management, funds and compliance, helping to deliver a responsive, high quality service to our clients. This role will suit someone who is organised, detail focused and interested in combining company management and compliance in onboarding and reviews.

You will report to the Head of Company Management and work in close collaboration with the Compliance function.

As TAG Consultancy continues to grow, there will be clear scope for this position to develop into a managerial role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Company administration and client service

- Administer a portfolio of client companies incorporated in Gibraltar, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all corporate filings and statutory documents.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within your portfolio, acting as a day to day point of contact by email, telephone and in person where required.

- Prepare, review and maintain corporate records, statutory registers and company files, both physical and electronic.

- Draft and arrange ex*****on of board and shareholder documentation, including resolutions, minutes, written consents and AGM documentation.

- Coordinate and complete company incorporations, changes to directors, secretaries and share capital, and other corporate actions.

- Prepare and submit all statutory filings with relevant registries and authorities, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Scope to assist with the preparation and filling of relevant licensing and registrations with the OFT and ETB.

Compliance and risk

- Maintain accurate and up to date internal records, including client due diligence, logs and registers.

- Support the verification and periodic refresh of client due diligence and KYC documentation, ensuring information is complete and current.

- Assist in the preparation of client risk assessments, ongoing monitoring reviews and other AML and compliance reviews for entities under management.

- Help monitor adherence to applicable regulatory, legal and internal policy requirements across your portfolio, escalating issues to Compliance where appropriate.

- Keep abreast of key regulatory and legal developments relevant to company management and corporate services, and help implement related changes in practice.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

- Previous experience in corporate services, company management or fiduciary services, typically 3 or more years.

- Good understanding of core company administration processes and statutory requirements in Gibraltar.

- Working knowledge of AML and KYC principles and a genuine interest in developing further in compliance and regulatory matters.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills and an enquiring mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with 4D or Viewpoint, similar corporate services software is an advantage.

- A proactive approach, strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

About TAG

TAG Consultancy is a Gibraltar based firm known for local expertise, strong compliance capabilities, and agile, end-to-end service delivery. We support a broad range of clients across sectors, including smaller financial services companies.

The role

You will join our Audit and Accounts team with a primary focus on statutory audits for client companies in Gibraltar. You will report to the Gibraltar based manager and collaborate closely with the wider team. As you progress, you will begin to liaise directly with clients.

General duties:

- Working primarily for client Companies based in Gibraltar, including but not limited to the following; Audit (main area of focus), Accounts compilation, Cashbook and accounting.
- You will be reporting directly to the team and manager in Gibraltar. In time you may liaise directly with clients.
- The client sizes will range from small self-employed individuals to simple limited companies to other medium sized entities. These will also include smaller financial services companies.
- You will lead and coordinate audits and accounting engagements and apply knowledge of accounting principles and audit standards.
- You will oversee job administration of project setup, report writing, engagement documentation, periodic status reporting, etc as necessary.
- You will perform individual job requirements using technology and other resources. Leads and/or participate in other projects as assigned by management.

Senior Associates Skills and experience required:

-Excellent communication skills.
-Fluent in English, speaking and writing. All documentation will be in English.
-CPA with minimum of 4 busy seasons in audit as a Senior Associate.
-Big 4 experience.
-Technically challenging mind set.
-Driven and motivated.
-Excellent project management skills, as you will be dealing with multiple clients at once.
