What will I get from using BonAcc?
Everyone who joins BonAcc will get a letter from a chartered accountant introducing themselves to you so that although this is an on-line accountancy service, you will know from the onset we are real people. Everyone gets bespoke software that can be tailored for their specific needs. Sole traders and Partnerships
One monthly fee covers:
In Year
•Use of the BonAcc software and online backup of
data
•Automatically produced VAT returns
•Email support for business issues on accounting and tax advice (subject to fair usage policy) all provided by a chartered accountant, not juniors or via a helpline, which is why we prefer email as the first point of contact
•Up to 3 pieces of correspondence per year for third parties (mortgage applications/bank letters etc)
•A range of reports to analyze your business performance
•Tax investigation insurance
•Free use of a legal helpline and free legal support
At year end, provided you have taken reasonable care in updating the BonAcc system with your business transactions, at NO COST we will produce
•Certified Annual Accounts
•HMRC self assessment tax return(s)
•An Accountants letter reviewing the accounts
•We automatically review accounts looking for tax efficiency savings
Limited Companies

•HMRC Corporation tax return
•Statutory filing of accounts
•An Accountants letter reviewing the accounts
•We automatically review accounts looking for tax efficiency savings
Payroll
•Within the subscription, BonAcc offers full support on all payroll issues, including assisting you with yearend filing, but this does not include a weekly or monthly payroll service whereby we produce wage slips. We recommend the use of HMRC’s free payroll software that is easy to use, has free support from HMRC and allows year end online filing for payroll. There is also a vast array of commercial payroll software that is easy to use for around a £100.
•BonAcc will offer a payroll service, but the cost of this service is an additional cost and we will tailor it to your requirements. This is the only additional cost, because it is unfair to cost it within the package when some companies do not operate a payroll scheme and others may have a lot of employees requiring weekly pay slips. Email us for a quote if you require this service. However, if you do operate a payroll systems, BonAcc takes into account the PAYE and national insurance owed in a simple to use format.
