Are you a director and a person with significant control (PSC) of your company?

You need to verify your identity and provide your Companies House personal code for both of these roles separately – once as a director and once as a PSC.

Your identity verification requirements will not be complete until you’ve provided your code for each role you hold. ✅

Check your verification due dates on the Companies House register.

We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑driven Admin Assistant to join our small but busy mother‑and‑daughter accountancy practice. If you enjoy working in a close‑knit environment, feel confident speaking with clients, and have a genuine willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

New client sign‑up — helping onboard new clients smoothly
Filing — keeping our records organised and up to date
Data entry — entering information accurately and efficiently
Answering phone calls/emails — being a friendly, professional first point of contact

Someone confident communicating with clients
A keen eye for detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in accountancy (experience is a bonus but not essential)
Someone who thrives in a small office environment

1. Verify your identity using GOV.UK One Login or an ACSP and get a personal code.
2. Provide your personal code to Companies House, for each role you hold.
