With excellent business acumen, we pride ourselves in getting to know you and your business extremely well so that we can offer not only an effective Accounts, Bookkeeping or payroll service but also assist you in developing your business for the future. We can offer flexible packages to suit your business needs, remotely or at your premises depending on the business needs and suitability. We have an experienced team of staff operating as if we are internal to your business and treat every business as if it were our own. We have extensive knowledge of Sage Accounts, Xero, Quickbooks and Kashflow software packages. Some businesses have an accounts person in house who needs some additional support to move the business to the next level. We can offer regular visits to work with your staff at intervals to suit you to ensure that accurate Management Accounts are produced and that the accounts information is ready for year end. Supporting and Coaching is something we take pride in. In addition we can offer you administration support for your business if required. We are based in Wellingborough and cover the areas of Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, London and Birmingham.

We are excited to be Recruiting for an Accounts, Payroll and Administration Assistant and a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our team.

We expanding our team and looking for 2 motivated individuals who are keen to take on a role supporting our clients and our experienced team of Accountants and Bookkeepers.

The ideal candidates will have a history in finance or finance related education, strong numeracy and literacy skills, be excellent communicators with a good attention to detail.

This is going to be extremely hands on and varied role, working on a number of clients assisting the Bookkeeping and Payroll team.

The person needs to be driven and keen to learn. They will need to take ownership for their workload and ensure that tasks are completed and followed up on a regular basis. Never afraid to ask questions but able to work on their own initiative.

Qualifications
5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English (Grade 5 or above)
A driving licence is desirable as the role will include some client visits.

The Accounts Assistant position would suit someone looking for there next step and wanting to develop within a small and supportive team.

This Trainee position would suit a school leaver looking for an alternative to A levels or full time college
