Good morning Our workshop looking for
Office manager
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, taking deliveries, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain and update the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Oversee the phone system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and professionally and providing information as necessary to the Directors and Engineers.
Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors.
Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats.
Preparing specifications/quotations and sending out to prospective customers.
Invoicing customers, sending out monthly statements and credit control of unpaid invoices.
Paying suppliers, recording tax, national insurance, and VAT information on Sage.
Preparing salary entitlements and submitting to accountant each month.
Experience:

Proven experience in office management or PA related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting.
