Revised projections released by the Bank of England (BoE) suggests the UK economy is now set to avoid recession this year. The BoE’s latest forecast predicts the economy will grow by 0.25% across the whole of 2023, a significant upgrade from February’s prediction of a 0.5% contraction. The Central Bank's Governor, Andrew Bailey, said there had been “greater resilience in the economy than we expected”

A lovely event this evening at The Angel Hotel held by Swansea BS. Great to chat with some of the Head Office team and hear them speak about their plans. As a Brucey Bonus, I managed to win the prize draw and gain a return visit to the hotel and a stylish green and black umbrella. Very useful at present.
