RICOH Company Limited has announced it has been recognised as a 2025 Supplier Engagement Leader by CDP, a global non-profit that operates an independent environmental disclosure system.

This marks the sixth consecutive year Ricoh has earned the organisation's highest rating.

Ricoh was also selected for the 2025 A List in both Climate Change and Water Security in recognition of its high level of transparency and performance in environmental disclosure in those two fields.

Days: £38,807 – £42,688
Shifts: £41,030 – £45,133 + Shift Allowance of £7,613

We are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our Production Maintenance team.

The role(s) will be responsible for:
✅Resolving reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance tasks via CMMS.
✅Supporting installation work, site modifications, and equipment improvements.
✅Fault finding and repair across automated plant, robotics, electrical and mechanical systems.
✅Maintaining accurate records and updating asset history within maintenance systems.
✅Driving continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen and 5S standards.
✅Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with the ability to fault find across PLCs, electrical, robotic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. ONC, City & Guilds Level 3, 18th Edition) are highly desirable.

Kodomo no Hi 🎏

Today we celebrate Kodomo no Hi, or Children’s Day in Japan.

Held annually on 5 May, this day is dedicated to recognising the individuality of children and wishing for their happiness, health and success as they grow.

A key symbol of the celebration is the koinobori, or carp streamer. The carp is admired for its determination and strength, representing the hope that children will develop resilience and thrive in the face of challenges.

At Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL), we recognise this meaningful tradition and its powerful symbolism.

From all of us at RPL, we wish our Japanese colleagues a wonderful end to Golden Week and a happy Children’s Day.

Ricoh Royals Take on the Ricoh Europe Employee Football Trophy ⚽

This weekend, the Ricoh Royals, made up of colleagues from Ricoh UK Products Ltd and Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd, proudly took part in this year’s Ricoh Employee Football Trophy in Salou, Spain ⚽

Bringing together teams from across Europe, the tournament was a fantastic celebration of sport, teamwork, and shared passion. With 24 teams competing and over 500 colleagues representing 34 Ricoh OpCos and acquired businesses, it was an unforgettable few days both on and off the pitch.

The Ricoh Royals loved every minute, from the competitive spirit to the connections built beyond the workplace. Events like this highlight the strength of collaboration and community across Ricoh.

A big thank you to Bart Somsen and all the event volunteers for organising such a fantastic tournament and making it a success 👏

Congratulations to Ricoh Ireland and PFH Technology Group on being crowned champions, a brilliant achievement 🏆

An incredible collective effort also saw over £6000 raised for the Red Cross through goals scored and team fundraising, something everyone can be proud of 👏
