Could the upcoming ISA changes affect how you save and invest?
From April 2027, the overall adult ISA allowance is expected to remain at ยฃ20,000, but under-65s will only be able to place up to ยฃ12,000 into a Cash ISA.
There will also be a new 22% tax on interest earned on cash held within non-cash ISAs, such as Stocks and Shares ISAs.
