Looking for volunteers for a group I run on a Friday evening if anyone would be interested.
⚽ VOLUNTEERS WANTED – PONTARDAWE ⚽
Our football group for children with ASD and additional needs is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team 💙
📍 Pontardawe Leisure Centre
🕔 Fridays | 5–6pm
No football or coaching experience needed — just patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help children feel included and supported ⚽
Volunteering with us is great experience for:
🎓 Teaching & childcare
🎓 Health & social care
🎓 Psychology & sport
🎓 CVs, university applications & future jobs
Several of our previous volunteers have gone on to secure roles including teaching assistants and other professional careers, with employers recognising volunteering experience as a huge positive 💪
It’s only one hour a week, but it can make a massive difference.
