This week we're celebrating some fantastic achievements from the Lucent team 💙

🏃 Steve smashed through the 30-minute parkrun barrier, finishing 15 seconds under his target!

🏃‍♀️ Keely took an incredible 2 minutes and 47 seconds off her 10K PB.

🏅 Mel achieved her fastest ever time at the very hilly Kenilworth Half Marathon... and somehow managed to smile along the way!

What we love about all three of these achievements is that they didn't happen by accident. They're the result of showing up, putting in the effort and trusting that small improvements add up.

Proof that trying something new can lead to amazing things.

Adventure means something different to everyone.

Sometimes it's a trip to Ibiza. Sometimes it's a simple date night. Sometimes it's raising money for a good cause. And lots inbetween! 😄

🏏 Jamie played in a charity cricket match supporting the Jonathan Payton Smith Memorial Cup.

😂 Jas headed to the Wahala Comedy Clash for an evening of laughs.

☀️ Mel enjoyed a family week at the beach.

🎢 Jess packed the final days of the school holidays full of fun with trips to the Sea Life Centre and Legoland, plus a well-earned date night.

🍽️ Becky and Ellie caught up over a roast dinner after Ellie's Italian holiday.

🎸 Keely enjoyed a sunny trip to Ibiza.

💍 MASSIVE congratulations to Scott and Sian! What a fantastic day, and a wonderful way to start married life together. We're so pleased for them both and wish them every happiness for the future. 💙

Adventure doesn't have to mean climbing a mountain or boarding a plane... but sometimes it does! 😄

Here's what counted as adventure for the Lucent team this week:
🏃‍♀️ Rachel cheered on Team GB athletics in Wolverhampton.
🇮🇹 Joe continued his Italian tour, exploring Lake Garda, Milan and Bologna.
🤠 Becky went sightseeing in London and ended up at a cowboy party on a boat. (Our Hoedown influence is spreading!)
🥔 Jas harvested some fantastic onions and tomatoes at the allotment.
🥾 Karen enjoyed family walks around Tamworth in Arden and the Stiperstones, with some incredible summer colours along the way.
