MEET THE TEAM

Niamh joined the admin team as a trainee in August 2024, after having taken a career break to go traveling around Australia and Southeast Asia. Before taking the career break, she worked in the financial crime sector for 4 years for well-known High Street bank.

As a Technical Support Specialist Niamh will be supporting both our Financial Advisers and our clients by managing daily administrative tasks and coordinating client communications. Niamh helps to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Practice so that our clients receive a high-quality and valuable service.

Outside of work Niamh enjoys cooking, going out with friends and spending time with her family.

MEET THE TEAM

Emma joined HWWM in September 2024. Emma has worked part time while raising her children and previously worked as a kitchen designer and sales administrator. Her role at HWWM as Technical Support Specialist includes ensuring that our advisers have everything they need for client meetings, supporting the Practice with key projects and general administration duties.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her four grown up children, her power tool obsessed husband and their pooch, Cari. She has recently become an avid player of The New York Times games, Connections and Wordle! She enjoys the gym and road cycling, property renovation and long walks but always with a nice coffee shop at the end! Her favourite saying is “Have Courage and Be Kind”.

MEET THE TEAM

Victoria joined HWWM in July 2024 after recently graduating from the University of Birmingham with a first-class degree in Mathematics. This sparked Victoria’s interest in financial mathematics and equipped her with a desire to learn more.

Victoria is training in our paraplanning department, learning how to support our financial advisers and is currently working towards her Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

She has an ambition to one day become a financial adviser herself.

In her spare time Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, going on long walks and travelling as much as she can.

Meet The Team

Joan, joined HWWM in July 2025 and brings with her a passion for helping individuals, families and business owners create a long-lasting future. Having completed a BSc in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Bath, and a MSc in Finance from Nottingham Trent University, Joan has navigated a career as a National Account Executive for Heineken UK to dealing with Foreign Exchange for Deutsche Bank and their institutional clients.

A desire to create long-lasting, meaningful relationships and help those in need has led Joan to pursuing a career in Financial Advisory. Offering personalised solutions tailored to each individual client, Joan seeks to build a partnership, regularly meeting to ensure each plan remains appropriate for the goals identified.

In her spare time, you’ll find Joan playing squash, or padel in the summer. She has recently decided to start running and is determined to hit a sub-30 5km so any tips would be welcomed!
