Good afternoon,

We are pleased to announce that Harry Smith is joining the Lincoln practice as Regional Director. Harry has already been working within the Lincoln office, getting to know our clients and familiarising himself with their needs.

Harry has been with the business for over nine years, beginning his career at our Scunthorpe office before spearheading the acquisition of Retford. During that time, he has achieved his ACCA qualification and built a team that reflects his commitment to high standards of service, regular client interaction and strong working relationships.

Harry will continue to be responsible for our Retford practice alongside his new role in Lincoln. This is made possible by the strength and experience of the teams across our offices. His wider responsibilities will support the development of the practice as a whole, helping us improve service delivery and provide a consistently high standard of support to every client.

Harry will build upon the hard work of Sarah Carruthers, who remains in the Lincoln office and will focus on the personal tax side of the practice, taking the title of Personal Tax Partner. In Harry and Sarah, we have two fully qualified members of staff who will continue to work towards the best possible outcomes for all our clients.

We also share the news that Eddie Vickers has decided to move to a practice in Manchester. This represents a significant opportunity for Eddie to work with international clients and continue his journey towards becoming a fully qualified accountant. We thank him for his contribution to the business and wish him every success in his new role.

Following Eddie’s departure, Muhammad will work alongside Harry to ensure all client matters are dealt with, with Logan and Lewis also supporting Harry in looking after our clients.

Finally, we are delighted to welcome Andrea and Helen to the team. Andrea joins our administration team, bringing significant experience in the accountancy sector. Helen joins our payroll team, increasing our capacity to handle additional work and providing cover during holidays and other absences.

These changes strengthen our Lincoln team and support our continued commitment to providing the attentive, reliable and personal service our clients value. Please join us in welcoming Harry, Andrea and Helen to their roles, congratulating Sarah on her appointment and wishing Eddie all the best for the next stage of his career.
