What a wonderful way to round off the summer!🥂
Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of welcoming clients, friends and members of the Balance team to the lovely Goosedale for our end-of-summer client appreciation event.
The evening began with plenty of catching up, accompanied by live music from the brilliant Hazel Moon, before everyone tucked into a BBQ and some delicious cupcakes.
We also held a charity raffle in support of Trent Dementia, our chosen charity for 2026, and we're delighted to share that we raised £510! A huge thank you to everyone who bought a ticket and to the local businesses who generously donated some fantastic prizes.
Our Balance photobooth also made an appearance, capturing brilliant moments throughout the evening! 📸
And what better way to finish than with Hazel Moon's final set – which even got some of us up and dancing!
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a lovely evening.

Last week, our team spent the afternoon developing our LinkedIn knowledge with a fantastic workshop led by Eloise from Rialto Training.
We explored how to make the most of our personal LinkedIn profiles, share content with confidence and build a stronger professional presence online.
It was a really valuable session, and a great opportunity to learn together as a team (with plenty of snacks to keep us going! ).
A big thank you to Eloise for an engaging and insightful workshop.
