We are looking for an AAT QB or MAAT/FMAAT for a temporary contract for 8 weeks possibly extended to 12. May also be looking to keep on long-term but not guaranteed. Can either be on payroll or a self employed basis . Pay negotiable depending on experience and qualification.

The successful candidate will be assisting with

Company secretarial services (dividend certificates , confirmation statements, board and director minutes)
Bookkeeping including bank/cash/credit card/debtor/creditor reconciliations
VAT
Depending on qualification and experience also the following
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of tax returns (self assessment/CT600/partnership/CIC )

Other qualifications accepted are CIMA, ICB and ACCA
