And be sure not to spend impromptu
Not budgeted and not emergencies? Wait
If it is not earned and not yours, don't spend it
Keep a distance from procrastination
Abstain from unsolicited free-for-all info
Keep it low if it's not meant to be loud
Keep off if it drains your strength and energy
