This time a heartfelt email from a new client, who we are helping to retire in a fairly complex scenario. Given the pressures the end of the tax year brought, it was fantastic to receive this email. It's also great to see a mention for Daniel Lees, who joined me in the presentation meeting as part of his own training and progression.

Receiving these kind words from clients new and old is obviously good to help us get through the tougher times, but more importantly it shows that we are able to do what all of here here at Loveday & Partners see as the most important thing - understand the client deeply, and build the solution to help them live the lives they want.

SHORT AND SWEET!

This one, while only brief, meant a lot to me when included in an email from one of my long-standing clients. This client and I have seen an awful lot together over the years, and his life is rarely simple - often changing drastically from review meeting to review meeting! However, we've now reached a point where his financial world, at least, is much simpler. More importantly, we are well on track to let him live the lifestyle he wants, despite all the challenges over the years. After several years of work for high-profile businesses, it's time to enjoy it.
