🚨All people with significant control (PSCs) in your company need to complete identity verification 🚨

If you are a PSC of a company, your identity must be verified with Companies House.

You can check the Companies House register to see if you have completed your verification:

1. Go to www.companieshouse.gov.uk
2. Search for your company.
3. Select the ‘People’ tab and click on 'Persons with significant control’.
4. Check the identity verification status of each PSC.

If a PSC has completed the verification process, you will see a green tick. If identity verification has not yet been completed for a PSC you will see their due from and due by dates.

Further information on the identity verification process is available at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/provide-psc-verification

Use this service to provide the Companies House personal code and identity verification statement for a PSC, or to request an extension.
