August 2005 Acquisition of the Dungannon based practice of R J Sutton & Company, a well known firm in the area. September 2005 The firm launches a joint venture with Horwath Bastow Charleton called Horwath Consulting Ireland Limited to provide consultancy services to public sector organisations in Ireland. September 2009 O'Hare Finnegan Ltd joins the group and adds three offices, Newry, Dundalk and Dublin.
