Great to see our Commercial Manager, Joe Baguley, out and about building relationships, although this meeting looked a little different to the usual coffee and catch-up!

Joe recently met with an accountant from Stockport over 9 holes of golf, talking business, the challenges clients are currently facing and, importantly, how they can work together to support more clients in the future.

At Watts Commercial, we’re big believers in getting out there, building genuine relationships and working closely with our network of accountants, mortgage brokers, IFAs and trusted advisers.

And let’s face it… talking business on the golf course isn’t a bad way to spend a meeting!

Wow, what a two days at the Hard Hats to Heels Retreat!

Our Commercial Manager, Becky Blaymires, joined women from across the property and construction industries at Celtic Manor for two days dedicated to development, connection and confidence. It was a chance to step away from the day to day, share experiences, meet new people and think about what greater visibility could make possible.

Our Commercial Manager, Daniel Jones, attended Bristol Property Connect, hosted by IAD UK at Shaftesbury Park in Bristol. The evening brought together local people from across the property industry to make new connections, share ideas and explore opportunities to work together.

With estate agents, advisers and other property professionals in the room, it was a great opportunity for Dan to hear about their plans and discuss how the right commercial finance could help bring them to life.

Our Commercial Manager, Chris Hiddins, recently attended the PMS Round Table event at Celtic Manor, Newport, a fantastic opportunity to connect with brokers from across the PMS network in a focused, small-group setting.

It was great to see such strong engagement and open discussion around the current challenges and opportunities within the market.

Last week, our Commercial Manager, Steve Wright, brought a group of his brokers together for a fantastic afternoon at Gaucho Birmingham.

It was Steve’s way of saying thank you for their continued support, the business they introduce and the strong relationships they’ve built together over the years. Great food, brilliant company and plenty of laughs made it an afternoon to remember!

From the moment our guests arrived to the final song of the night, the room was filled with the people, stories and relationships that have shaped our journey, and reminded us just how much there was to celebrate.
