Starting over in a new country is tough. Why? Because nobody knows your story.
People hear the accent and instantly make assumptions.
They don't see the all-nighters.
The self-doubt.
The absurd amount of coffee it takes to build a life from scratch.
Being an Eastern European woman in the UK? Quite the experience.
No safety net.
A whole new system to figure out.
Endless proof that weโre far too stubborn to quit.
Every single thing I listed in this carousel? Iโve lived it. Every. Single. One.
And yet:
Built a company anyway.
Helped over 37,000 people to grow their careers.
Walked into the European Parliament.

I recently read Dolly Parton's story and realized we have a few things in common: blonde hair, plus being cheated on. Just kidding! ๐
The fact that endometriosis left us both without a uterus and sent us straight into early hormonal "retirement." Her at 36, me 4 months ago, at 39.
The moral? Whether you are a music legend or a woman in the UK who went from cleaning to running successful businesses, early menopause and emergency surgeries knock us down all the same.
The difference is what you do after you pick yourself back up.
Dolly started giving millions of books to children. When I was left a new mom living on benefits in 2019, I started studying. Today, together with my team, I have guided over 37,000 people to rebuild their paths.
If your body gave out, if you are starting over in a foreign country, or if you simply feel like you are piecing yourself back together:
You are not behind.
You are not weak.
The missing piece doesn't stop you from being whole.
At 39, I am still rebuilding.
