Guys, I have a question.
Who decided that if you’re an immigrant, a mum, and you’re on Universal Credit, your dreams should have an expiry date?
Because apparently, at 32, I was supposed to accept my situation and stop dreaming big.
Guess what? I had other plans.
Six years ago, I was a new mum, desperate to give my child a better life.
And trust me, I wasn’t sitting there with a five-year business plan and a personal assistant.
Darling, I was trying to pay my bills!
Then I had this crazy idea. What if I went to university?
At 32!
People told me I had no chance.
No chance? Excuse me, am I applying to university or trying to become the next Queen of England?
Anyway, I got in!
One opportunity led to another, and I became a partner at AVG Education.
Fast-forward to today, my team and I have supported over 37,000 people.
37,000! Guys, that’s not a contact list anymore. That’s a small town!
And here’s another question.
Who decided women have to choose between being good mothers and being successful?
I’d really like to meet whoever invented that rule.
Because today, I’m helping women grow, earn more, and build a better future.
And if you’re an immigrant in the UK thinking you’re not good enough, darling, listen.
You’ve moved countries, learned another language, survived British weather, and somehow managed to understand Universal Credit.
You’re practically qualified to run the country!
So, if you’re curious about joining my team, send me a DM. Let’s talk.
Six years ago, I was looking for a way out.
Today, I’m helping other women find their way forward.
And if anyone still thinks a cleaner can’t become a leader…
Well, let me introduce myself.
I’m Oana Stoica. From cleaner to leader.
And we’re just getting started.
