There’s nothing quite like One Firm One Day (OFOD)! 🌍🧡

Now in its 17th year, OFOD is when our people come together to support communities across the UK. What started as one day has grown into weeks of volunteering, fundraising and skills-sharing throughout May.

Our people have been supporting causes that matter to them, helping young people build confidence and workplace skills, coaching social enterprises, supporting charities with AI upskilling and fundraising for Mental Health UK.

This year’s theme is all about using our skills and experience to make a practical difference in the communities we work alongside every day.

A huge thank you to everyone taking part, and to the schools, charities and community organisations welcoming us in.

The technology systems that run payroll, pay suppliers and track cash aren’t the place for guesswork.

We’re supporting whose software countless enterprises already rely on, to roll out an AI‑powered accounting platform that gives business owners insights they can trust and act on.

The café you grab coffee from, the local football club you support, the beauty salon you trust. Small and medium‑sized businesses are part of everyday life.

We’re working together with to give those businesses AI‑powered insights, so the people behind them can spend less time on admin and more time on the bigger.

We’ve just completed the inaugural PwC Local Government Change Academy in Northern Ireland. 🎉

Delivered in partnership with the Northern Ireland Local Government Association (NILGA), the programme brought together officers from councils across the region for hands-on learning, applied directly to live challenges.

The Academy is already established across Great Britain. This marks its first rollout in Northern Ireland, made possible through NILGA’s partnership.

The focus was simple: build the skills that make change stick. Leadership, delivery, communication and measuring impact.

The outcome is a stronger network of leaders, better equipped to drive change across councils.

Congratulations to everyone involved. We're looking forward to seeing the impact this creates.

Yesterday, we hosted The PowerWomen Network Summit on Leading the Future: AI, the Workforce and Society, in support of international children’s charity Street Child - bringing together senior women leaders from across business, tech and policy to share how they’re leading through that change. Because when we talk about the future, we believe it needs to work for everyone.

Supporting Street Child grounded the discussion in real-world impact. Their work - keeping children safe, in education and learning, often in the toughest contexts - is a reminder that access to opportunity starts early.

Thanks to everyone who joined and contributed. A few highlights from the day below.

One Firm One Day is back next month.

Our biggest day of volunteering. One firm, thousands of people, coming together to make a difference in communities across the UK.
Last year, nearly 4,000 of our people gave their time - contributing over 28,000 hours and supporting more than 2,800 beneficiaries.

This year, the focus is on building resilient communities - encouraging our people to use their skills for good and deliver real impact where we live and work.

Christians will be celebrating Easter this Sunday. Last week, our Christian Network brought people together at our More London office to celebrate in a spirit of reflection and hope.

The service included music, personal testimonies from members of the Network on the importance of Easter, and an address from Joel Chai of Gracechurch Greenwich – creating a welcoming space for colleagues, clients, friends and family to come together.

We wish our colleagues, clients and communities a lovely Easter.
