Eleanor R.E. O'Higgins (BA, MSc, MBA, PhD) specialises in teaching, research and publications on business ethics, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and strategic and public management. She is the author of numerous papers in academic and professional journals, newspaper articles, book chapters and case studies. She has received a number of international awards for peer reviewed articles on business ethics and governance. Her case studies and research work on the airline industry and on Ryanair have also received prestigious international awards.
Eleanor serves on the editorial boards of several international management, ethics and corporate governance journals. She carries out a range of national and international teaching and speaking assignments. She is a member of the Business Ethics and of the Public Management & Governance interfaculty groups of the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). She has held a range of leadership positions in the US Academy of Management, including chairing the Ethics Committee and the International Theme Committee.
Eleanor is on the board of St. James’s University Hospital, the largest teaching hospital in Ireland, where she serves on the Management Development and on the Audit committees. Previously, she was a member of the Press Council of Ireland; and a member of the Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC) Sustainable Enterprise Group. She has served on the board of directors of IDA Ireland, the state body for inward investment, and on the board of The Marine Institute. She has also served as a director of Transparency International Ireland and of the Well Woman Group of health clinics.
In addition to her membership and chairmanship of various boards and working committees, her practical experience includes her earlier managerial career and her consulting work on strategy, board effectiveness, corporate governance, ethics and corporate social responsibilities. Previously, she worked as staff development manager at RTE, the Irish state broadcasting company, and prior to that, as a clinical psychologist in the Irish health services and as a research psychologist at Harvard University Medical School.

Dr. Christian Busch is the Associate Director at the London School of Economics' (LSE) Innovation and Co-Creation Lab, where he works with governments, enterprises, and social enterprises to develop scalable inclusive business models. His related research centres on entrepreneurship, social innovation, social networks, co-creation, and business model innovation, and he teaches several MSc- and exec. ed.- courses at LSE.
He was co-founder of Sandbox, where as Head of Community Development he developed the hub-based structure and expanded it into 20 countries (2008-2012). He has been named as one of Diplomatic Courier’s “Top 99 Influencers under 33”, JCI London's "Ten Outstanding Persons", a TEDster, a Siemens 'Key Influencer', a 'Global Fellow' at the Institute for the World Economy, a fellow at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), and was shortlisted for The Times Higher Education Achievement Award. He frequently attends/speaks at conferences such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), TED, and Financial Times' Sustainability Summit, and his ideas have been featured by outlets such as Harvard Business Review. Previously, he worked in consulting & business in Kenya, S. Africa, Mexico, Russia, Germany, the US; set up the LSE’s PhD Steering Committee; presided over the LSE CSR Society; and took on leadership & mentoring roles, incl. as Impact Advisor at the National Entrepreneurs Association and member of Ashoka's Selection Panel. He guest-lectured at ESADE (Spain), Peking University (China), and Strathmore (Kenya), and his work has been published by journals such as IJEV & featured by Le Monde, AP, Guardian, Der Spiegel, France24, WIRED. He holds a PhD (LSE: Management), MSc (LSE: Management, governance), B.A. (Hagen: Sociology, psychology) & B.B.A. (Furtwangen & Moscow Business School: Business).

Justine Lutterodt FRSA is the Founder and Director of the Centre for Synchronous Leadership. She is passionate about helping clients achieve success on their own terms while staying strategically and emotionally 'in sync' with the needs of colleagues, their organisation, and greater society. Justine's project work has been recognised for its innovative design and high impact, receiving Race for Opportunity awards in 2013 and 2014. She brings to her practice over 13 years of experience working with senior leaders from professional services and Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of CSL client and community work Justine is a regular conference speaker, an occasional lecturer at LSE, and a contributor to several community initiatives, such as Your Future, Your Ambition. She is an active member of the advisory board for UEL's School of Business and Law, RSA's Diaspora Changemakers programme, and governor for the Powerlist Foundation College. Justine is a judge for Opportunity Now, the Black British Business Awards and the Asian Professional Awards. Finally she is co-founder of the Africa Women's Circle, a founding member of the BAME Network of Networks (TNON) and a member of the Network for Sustainable Financial Networks.
Justine holds an MSc from LSE in Social and Organisational Psychology and a BA from Yale in Mathematics and Philosophy, both with distinction.

Introducing our first keynote speaker: Toomas Kull.

Toomas is a senior consultant at Project Associates, an international management consultancy specialising in reputation and crisis management. Toomas works with a range of corporate and private clients, focusing on reputation and crisis management. He advises clients on communication strategy development, reputation building, and live issues and crisis response. Toomas has a particular interest in cyber security and its relation to corporate reputation.
Previously, Toomas worked at Regester Larkin, an international crisis management consultancy specialising in crisis preparedness. He engaged with major blue chip companies to ensure that they have the plans, processes and people in place to make strategic decisions in a corporate crisis. Before joining the private sector, Toomas worked at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (the UK Governmental Department for economic growth) and the European Commission.
Toomas holds an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE and a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway University.
