💪 PKF Nigeria co-sponsored the Imperfectly Awesome Conversations programme last month, an empowerment scheme which trains people living with disabilities in tailoring and culinary arts.

⛳️ Irish member firm PKF Brenson Lawlor sponsored the Wicklow Primary Schools Cup Final, an event which saw 64 children from local primary schools take part in some friendly competition.

🏆 PKF Kendons supported the Hutt Valley Sports Awards as a sponsor, celebrating outstanding achievements and dedication within the local sporting community.

PKF Pretoria Managing Director Retief Smith has marked 25 years with the firm. Known for his versatility and strong leadership, he continues to make a lasting impact on the Pretoria office and beyond (PKF in South Africa).

Two colleagues at German member firm PKF Issing have accomplished 45 years of service between them. Accountant and tax specialist Susanne has spent a quarter of a century working at the Tauberbischofsheim office, while tax consultant Martina Pfertner has been a committed member of the Würzburg team for two decades.

PKF Australia’s Siobhan deJong has spent 25 years driving success as part of the Melbourne team and Melanie Davis has celebrated 15 years of supporting clients and colleagues in the Newcastle office.

Kubashni Moodley, tax partner at PKF Durban, has achieved 20 years with the firm, using her deep corporate restructuring and transfer pricing expertise to deliver excellent results for clients.

PKF FCS Namibia director and audit partner Uwe Wolff has hit the 15-year mark with the firm, supporting clients of the Windhoek branch.

Since joining PKF Octagon 15 years ago, partner Matthew Berger is recognised as a trusted advisor to listed and multinational clients, with significant experience across audit, advisory and tax.

Our member firms around the world have had a busy few weeks, meeting with students interested in pursuing a career in accounting and professional services. Here are some highlights of what our colleagues have been up to:

Team members from PKF Covenant, our member firm in Cambodia, presented to students at the CamEd Business School, demystifying the audit and accounting profession.

PKF Octagon engaged with grade 11 and 12 students at Curro Clayville High School and Sandton School Group, sharing the importance of accounting and how it shapes business decision-making.

The PKF Studio TCL Group team led a training session for a group of students from North Carolina State University's Poole College of Management during their visit to Genoa.

PKF Thailand welcomed students from Singapore Management University to their offices, delivering sessions that explored the accounting profession in Thailand and the impact of technology and AI. Students also enjoyed an office tour and saw the assurance, business solutions and tax teams in action.
