The Gerald Edelman Golf Day is done for another year.

This year, we returned to Essendon Country Club to play on their new course, and what a day for it!☀️

Here were the highlights...

⛳11 of our clients and contacts came along for a coaching session with the pros.
⛳51 golfers joined our team to play 18 holes on the club's new course.
⛳90 GE team members, golfers and learners sat down for a three course lunch and celebrated the day's stand out talent.
⛳347 was the amount of times 'it's so hot' was said.

And last, but certainly not least, £1,680 was raised for The Gerald Edelman Foundation, which will go directly to our partner charities - London Youth, Teenage Cancer Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Over The Wall Camp. Thank you so much to all of those that donated.

Celebrating 80 years of Gerald Edelman at the iconic London Zoo. 🎉

Yesterday, the team got together for our Summer Party to mark 80 years of excellence at Gerald Edelman.

While the weather may not have quite got the summer party memo, that certainly didn’t stop us making it a brilliant night. Many arrived early for a wander around the zoo to see the animals, before an evening of great music, food and celebrations to mark the occasion.

We kicked things off with a speech from our CEO, Carl Lundberg, followed by a game put together by our social committee. Big congratulations to Jagdip Bharij, who had the winning scratch card!

Thank you to our social committee for organising a standout event and to everyone who joined us to make it such a memorable evening, here’s to the next 80 years!

Summer hours are back! ☀️

From June, our team can finish at 1pm on a Friday, giving everyone more time to make the most of the summer and their weekends.

Whether it's friendly padel matches, time out on the golf course or visiting friends and family, our team are already making the most of everything Summer Fridays has to offer.

On Wednesday, our Operational Management Board took our most recently promoted team members to lunch at The Ivy City Garden, to congratulate them on their success.

Underpinned by our core values of being quality obsessed, entrepreneurial and collaborative, these promotions are testament to their continued hard work and dedication to Gerald Edelman.

Five-a-side football: Gerald Edelman vs Marriott Harrison ⚽

Last week, our Corporate Finance team moved from closing deals to closing down the opposition, as they headed to Shoreditch for a friendly match against Marriott Harrison.

Despite a spirited effort from our all-star team, many of whom were dusting off their boots for the first time in years, Marriott Harrison secured the win, losing track of the score somewhere around 15–8…

Perhaps Marriott Harrison's regular match practice gave them the edge. Either that, or their kit has magical powers! 👀

We’re proud to share that Chelsie Robison, Assistant Manager in our VAT team, has been selected for the mixed GB softball team and will compete in the European Championships on 14 July.

Chelsie has been playing since the age of 11 and representing GB since 2022. This year is a special one, with the tournament taking place in the UK for the first time since 2008. A brilliant moment for friends and family to see her in action on home soil.

No pressure, but GB are going for another title, having remained unbeaten champions since 1998.

We are looking for a Full Stack AI and Automation Solutions Developer to design, build, and maintain the software solutions that support our growing technology programme.

The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in developing full stack applications, integrations, APIs, AI agents, and automation solutions across our Microsoft and Azure ecosystem. This includes integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Cowork, and our Azure data platform with the Firm’s practice management, client relationship, and document management systems.

This is a developer-first role, suited to someone who enjoys building production-quality software, solving complex technical challenges, and turning business requirements into scalable solutions.
