Emma Simmons and Louise Harding joined the PA Employer Peer Support Group at Surrey Independent Living Charity (SILC) to talk through payroll matters and how to stay on top of things as an employer.

It was a great chance for attendees to ask questions and get a look behind the scenes at what happens once we receive a timesheet, and lovely to meet everyone in person.

This week, a bit of DIY know-how went into putting up a new sign outside our office, so clients (and the odd delivery driver) can actually find the front door.

It's a small job, but it says a lot about how we work here: if something needs doing, someone rolls their sleeves up and gets it done. No fuss, no waiting around.
