A study was done on the children of Centenarian parents, and the results aren’t surprising.
The study found that the children of Centenarian parents mostly had a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, plant proteins, and long-chain omega-3 fats, and avoided added sodium and sugars. However, the study did state that their diet sometimes lacked foods such as whole grains, legumes, nuts, and soy, which would have improved their diets.
