🎬 Big changes are coming for film, TV and games productions claiming Creative Industries tax relief.

One of the most significant updates under the new AVEC rules is the removal of the previous 80% cap on qualifying Visual Effects costs. For eligible UK VFX expenditure, productions may now benefit from an enhanced net relief rate of up to 29.25% 📈

For producers working across multiple territories, this could create valuable opportunities when structuring projects and planning budgets. However, ensuring contracts, production structures and claims are set up correctly is essential to remain compliant and maximise available relief.
