Recently a client accidentally lost their wedding ring. They had placed it inside a chocolate bar wrapper while washing their hands and, without realizing, threw it away with the rubbish. As you can imagine, the client was extremely distressed.

Victor, being Victor, stepped in to help. Together with the client, he located the rubbish bags from that floor, carefully emptied them out, and searched through everything until—amazingly—they found the ring still tucked inside the wrapper. The client was overwhelmed with relief and gratitude. In fact, he even tried to give Victor £20 as a thank you. True to form, Victor refused to keep it and instead donated it to our charity.
