Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant (Remote work; whole Poland)

Remote Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant required

We are looking for a reliable and organised person based in Poland to join our team in a fully remote administrative and bookkeeping support role.

About Us

We are a London-based company working with both UK and Polish clients. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our cooperation with the Polish market and developing relationships with Polish-speaking clients and partners.

We also support clients who are relocating between the UK and Poland, which is why Polish language skills and understanding of both environments are highly valued within our team.

Our long-term goal is to continue growing our presence in Poland and build a strong local team as the company develops further.

This position offers long-term development opportunities within an international working environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the company with a range of administrative and bookkeeping-related tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous office experience who would like to further develop their professional skills within administration, bookkeeping, and client communication.

The role is fully remote and offered on a B2B basis.

Key Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day administrative support

Assisting with bookkeeping and financial administration tasks

Answering telephone calls and handling client communication

Managing and responding to emails

Organising documentation and maintaining records

Supporting internal office processes and workflow management

Over time, candidates interested in further professional development will have the opportunity to receive additional training and progress into more advanced bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities.

Working Hours

Standard office hours are:

9:00–17:00 (UK time)

10:00–18:00 (Poland time)

We offer a flexible approach to working hours where operationally possible, and some tasks may be completed earlier or later depending on workload and organisation.

Candidate Profile

Required:

Fluent Polish and good English communication skills

Previous experience in an office, administrative, or similar environment

Good computer literacy and confidence working with digital systems

Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

Professional communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

Experience living in the UK or familiarity with UK culture and working practices

Previous bookkeeping or accounting-related experience

Experience using FreeAgent, Xero, or QuickBooks

Additional Advantages:

The following skills and experience would be considered a significant advantage and may lead to a higher starting salary and quicker career progression:

Knowledge of additional languages besides Polish and English

Previous experience working in a UK-based accounting practice or bookkeeping environment

Completion of UK professional courses or qualifications such as AAT or ACCA

Please note that higher education is not required. We value practical experience, responsibility, professionalism, and a proactive attitude more than formal qualifications.

This role is currently offered as a B2B contract because the company does not yet have a registered office in Poland.
