We're recruiting for three organised and detail-focused individuals to join our growing team in Administrative Support roles based in Manchester, Nottingham and Preston.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working accurately with client information, supporting annual review processes, and helping to ensure records and documentation are maintained to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

✅Preparing client packs for annual review meetings
✅Maintaining and updating client records and data
✅Producing Annual Costs & Charges statements
✅Processing and allocating incoming post
✅Uploading and filing documents on internal systems
✅Supporting the smooth running of client administration processes

Previous wealth management experience is not required. We're looking for individuals with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work.

🏔️ One Four Nine Charity Munro Challenge 🏔️

On 18 September 2026, 26 colleagues from across One Four Nine Group will take on the One Four Nine Charity Munro Challenge in the Cairngorms, raising vital funds for our charity partners: Beatson Cancer Charity, British Heart Foundation and Mind.

Fifteen team members will tackle a demanding four-Munro route covering 37km and over 2,100m of ascent, which is expected to take over 14 hours, while the other eleven will take on the challenging 15km Cairngorm Explorer Route.

Together, we're aiming to raise £7,000 to support three incredible charities whose work makes a real difference to so many lives.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help us get closer to our goal and support these fantastic causes.
