Hereward Primary School in Loughton is developing its OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) programme to create a vibrant, inclusive and all-weather outdoor space for its 440 pupils. With support from the Haslers Foundation, the school will purchase a large parts storage shed and new outdoor play equipment to encourage physical activity, creativity, teamwork and wellbeing. The project will provide children with more opportunities for active, child-led play in a safe and stimulating environment. The Haslers Foundation is proud to support initiatives like this that make a lasting positive impact on children, young people and the wider local community.

It's hard to believe that 20 years have passed since Haslers moved to our current home in Loughton in 2005.
Over the past two decades, we've continued to grow as a firm, welcoming new clients, and broadening the range of services we offer. While we've changed a lot since then, Loughton has remained the perfect base from which to support businesses, individuals, and organisations across our community.

As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we've been reflecting on some of the key milestones that have shaped Haslers over the years.
Among them were our mergers with Saunter Chappell and Laurence Anthony & Co. These important moments strengthened the firm and expanded our expertise, helping to grow the talented team we have today.

In the late 1980s, computers arrived at Haslers, a change that would transform the way we worked.
What started with a handful of desktop machines has evolved into cloud technology, digital collaboration and AI-powered tools that help us work smarter and deliver even better service to our clients.
75 years on from Harry Hasler founding the firm, technology has changed beyond recognition, but our commitment to our clients remains the same.

St Nicholas School, based in Harlow, is entering its third year of supporting young carers across the community. The project provides children with a safe and enjoyable environment where they can take a break from their caregiving responsibilities and simply enjoy being children. With support from the Haslers Foundation, as well as the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Friends of Saint Nicholas, and their pupils, who have all worked incredibly hard to raise funds, they will help deliver a festive celebration featuring an inflatable play arena, a traditional Christmas dinner, music, and a visit from Father Christmas. Each child also receives a hand-wrapped gift valued between £25–£40. For many young carers attending, this may be the only Christmas present they receive, making the experience especially meaningful.
