On 6th October we are taking part in a Norwich Night Walk for World Mental Health Day - a 5K walk around central Norwich that ends with a fun vibrant silent disco. ✨ We are supporting our local mental health charity, by raising funds for vital mental health services in Norfolk and Waveney.

The Norfolk and Waveney Mind night walk will pass by some of the city’s iconic landmarks and buildings. We look forward to seeing you if you happen to be out and about - so please shout at us to give us some motivation! Alternatively a donation of any size would be greatly appreciated for such a worthwhile cause.
